If you don't see your country in the shipping destinations, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to assist you.
During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. Customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single orders to multiple addresses. A shipping timeline specific to your order and destination can be viewed in checkout. To ensure your order is delivered, please make sure to add a P.O.Box to your shipping address. As UPS is not active locally in some countries, your local postal carrier will be handling delivering the order to your mailbox once it arrives at customs. In some countries, the postal service would provide the service of delivering your purchase to you directly for an additional charge. Please note that we are not responsible for this additional charge nor do we take any margins from it.

We do not offer returns, exchange or refunds, if the item is defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong! Please email us no longer than 1 week after receiving your order.
